The soil from the Domaine is rich in nutrients and very fertile. Betty and Huy were able to establish a small-scale model of permaculture, a system of agricultural principles aiming at simulating or directly utilising the patterns and features observed in natural ecosystems.

One of our permaculture symbol are those soil mounts, designed to be resistant against drought, excess of water, they create a microclimate depending on their orientation, avoid to bend our sore backs, and add to a third dimension to the veggie garden! Ideally a mount should be between 1m and 1.2m high. Although ours are lower, they are incredible fertile.

The addition of a well-designed green-house allows to have a crop all year round.

Needless to say that the products from the farm are 100% organic: no pesticides or herbicides are needed withn you work in tune with nature. And the results are incredible!
